One of my favorite arguments to dismantle white people with is when they say “Well once you give someone something for free, it becomes hell trying to claw it back”

You know like slavery, sharecropping, company towns, and now the techno-fascist regime currently in place.
Like all of the New Deal and post-WWII programs that we were excluded from that despite using wholesale to create wealth, white Americans mostly squandered and then continue to kill the economic system in search of that wealth.
Like using the Irish and Italians, then the Asians, then the Latinos, and now Indians to keep wages down for themselves.

They’ve enjoyed so much free stuff, they based their lives off of it rather than a step up and now they have to suffer for it and want to take OUR tax dollars again to fix it. Of course, they don’t want those dollars to go to OUR people who suffer through a system they don’t want to change. Who mimic their own behaviors.

They can’t keep themselves off the teat as a culture. Why share if you don’t want to? Why not burn the entire system down if you can’t have your fill?

And then all of the explaining goes away when you frame it like that.

Looks cool. :ohhh:

Personally I could never see myself farming food or raising livestock. But lately ive been mulling over the idea of buying into an existing tree plantation or timberland. Lord knows i dont have the25 year patience to start one from scratch. :sadcam:

But there is something so empowering about knowing you own a whole forest :wow:
