Black father attacks a man in court, other man threw black man's child in a river

CPD: Man killed 3-year-old and his mother to get back at her for having a miscarriage

A new motive was revealed Friday in court for the killings of 3-year-old Nylo Lattimore and his mother 29-year-old mother Nyteisha in December 2020.

Kimberly Kelley, a detective for the Cincinnati Police Department told the judge it appears Nyteisha was pregnant with Desean Brown's child but then had a miscarriage. She said Brown was very upset and thought that Nyteisha killed his baby, so he was going to do something to her baby, Nylo.

Brown is accused of killing both Nylo and Nyteisha.


In court Friday his attorney asked the judge to prevent the use of Brown's confession tape in the trial.

It was a killing that Deters described as premeditated.

"He planned for a long time to kill her," he said. "I don't know what his deal is, but he absolutely planned this thing out for probably up to two months."

This is as evil as evil gets. He will burn.

They both whether warranted or not(In the defendant case) felt anger of losing a child. If he legitimately thought she purposely had a miscarriage no amount of jail time was stopping him considering the circumstances. Wasn’t trying to compare the amount of anger/rage either had just pointing out the situation

In other crimes more punishment would be a deterrent. Not here imo

What isn't working? Is he not in court facing a jury for his crimes? You think mob justice is going to preemptively stop crimes? Yeah live in those societies where mob justice is allowed where the median income is $10 a day. That sounds real nice.

Nothing preemptively stops crime. Neither mob justice nor our legal system.

I am appalled at home dumb some of you nikkas are to think that a nikka who killed a 3 year old is just going to be chilling in the day room when he gets to prison....

You watch too many movies. Jails are hiring. Paying overtime too. Gon ahead an apply, get through training and do a month. He's going to be in jail with a bunch of other men who beat the shyt out of their girls or babymom's, or kids, or random people.

There's no moral system in jail. They don't sit around the lunch table and say "Whaddya in for?" And tell stories. They don't hide the newspaper and black out the news stations then one guy gets on the phone and calls someone on the outside who gives them the lowdown on the new guy that just booked.

It's an everyday different type of struggle. Yeah, you have your hard asses that just like to fight, have no impulse control and can't do right, always manage to fukk up, then you have those people that are just doing their time.

Do you know how many men are in jail for domestic violence? You think they're getting beat up and in fights everyday? Versus who? Drug peddlers, users? Thieves? Burglars? Gang members? shyt there's men in jail for child abuse (whooping their kid too hard/too much or just beating them) you think they're gonna be like "You threw a kid in a river???? "

He's not going to summer camp but he doesn't have a target on his back. You are right, he might go insane, not be built to handle that shyt, he won't commit that, that takes a strength most people don't have. He'll likely end up just being a fukk up, continuing to extend his sentence.
