This one lady who was "slow" was getting a disability check or some shyt. She had two children who were very poorly taken care of. They were born one after another. Single black mothers receiving government assistance is a symbiotic relationship. The government incentivizes Black Females to be single mothers with alot of children. They work together; one to enforce the stereotype of useless black men and women, while the other gets money to do very little.
