Desensitization. Part of the appeal is that it's taboo. Nipples have to be covered on women but you can look at a fat man's nipples with no issue.

When it becomes the norm it wont be as titilating. There are many many cultures, societies where breasts and bodies are just body parts and not obscene.

Back in the day seeing a woman's ankle was like cleavage, because they were so covered.

For the cultures that aren't shocked by breasts, their socieities began like that, they didn't transition into it, that's why it likely wouldn't even work for us. Also, if you look at the indigenous women of North America did they even have their breast exposed? I'm not sure of every tribe but as I recall they didn't. It's practical for the autochthonous people of tropical/equator environments, not North America.

A kid aged 10 watching a violent movie is unlikely to go out and try to recreate what they saw on screen.
A kid aged 10 watching a sex scene and likely approaching puberty is going to be naturally biologically curious about what they're seeing and want to know more.

Basically, parents want to keep their kids as innocent as possible for as long as possible. Sexual maturity is the quintessential milestone indicating loss of innocence.

Naked woman's point is that pleasure and attraction are normal and natural. Being aroused isn't wrong. Just be respectful.
