I thought Montreal was a good city?

It is, but like anywhere else on Earth, cacs will be cacs. Most of the city is fine but most areas that are over 90% white francophone are racist as fukk, mostly in the East end and the Northeast suburbs. I'm glad I live in the Western half in a mostly English speaking area, I forget I live in Quebec sometimes.

I love Montreal but can’t stand the rest of Quebec. They’re the reason were stuck with this bullshyt CAQ government creating new laws to restrict the use of English.

They recently passed a new law charging out of province students double in tuition fees to go to an English university. They claim it’s to address the “decline of French” being spoken in downtown Montreal.

That ridiculous mentality of superiority is universal and I don't think anyone is truly surprised by this. Racism doesn't recognize any sort of boundaries, you can set your watch to it because that train is never late.

Make a business out of it. White hatred of blacks is an everlasting energy that can and should be harvested for worthwhile causes.

Black 1sts (or in this case Blacks who are the eighth) have to put up with all kinds of bullshyt from people who previously felt completely comfortable doing and saying whatever they wanted to. Those white firemen are trying to get them to quit, so it can go back to lilly white setting.
Motherfukkers are genuinely upset that time is not standing still. I give the Black firefighters and all pioneers a LOT of credit. That's a lot of stress to deal with every single workday. They deal with it and push back against this bullshyt.
