there are more cops that feel like he does but if they dont all get together and get on the same page and speak out when the overaggressive ones step out of line then it doesnt matter.

just like a football team where alot of them believe that the coach is doing a horrible job and their teammates stopped caring but nobody says anything cause they all feel they are the only one that feels that way and dont wanna take the risk of opening their mouth and being the lone voice labeled a traitor and not a team player.

i know cops and i know cops that dont feel this way and i know cops that do feel this way. i had this discussion with a cop i trained judo and bjj with. he said alot of cops are just afraid to speak up because the welfare of their own family and paying the bills and knowing your fellow cops have your back when u out on a call is more important than what the public thinks about u.

thats why 99% of the cops u see speak out are EX cops. nobody that still has to live in the department comes out n says shyt. why dont any black cops in ferguson or ny come out n say shyt?

thats why i find it terrible that people are hoping people just started shooting cops on sight. u dont know if that cop is one of the ones stuck in a job he feels is racist because he has no better options to feed his family.
some people are naive and aren't thinking about all this shyt.

some kids grow up wanting to be the 'good guy'

+ you can make money - it's an actual career, not a job.

They don't initially know they are State Soldiers used to enforce white supremacy. By the time they find this out, sometimes its too late. At that point they have a choice. Quit and alter their entire life OR go with the flow and try to do their best.

Sometimes your family eating is the most important thing and it's tough to switch up the Way They eat.

peace
