can we meet so you can explain how I can do this to my friends?:ohhh:

Just gotta say it fam. I’ve always been very straight forward in life so people aren’t as shocked by it when I’m brutally honest. On the same note everyone around me knows I have their back 200 percent if they need me. If you’re not trying to come off as a jerk, you can give them goals like try doing this and this first. 9 times out of 10 people aren’t even going to take the first steps towards their goals.

folks be 40 talking about what they wanna do when they grow up
:russ::russ::mjlol:

Definitely, but on the same note it’s never too late to start. I’ve started new things in the last year, but I’ve put the time and effort in to learn, fail and revamp what’s working. What’s more so an issue to me is when a person is 40 and still saying they going to do something from back when they were 30, but never does anything but talk about it.

How could any self respecting black person listen to black empowerment speech from a jackass that says slavery was a choice :mjlol:

Yes, let's ignore a multi-billionaire black man who fulfilled his dream from scratch because he said something I didn't like.

And thats folks problem, this person is rich so let's listen to them on a subject even tho there's plenty of evidence out there that says he could give a fukk about black empowerment:mjpls:

And hes rich off entertainment, so its not like he's this smart intellectual on any subject except for making beats and entertaining folks.

All Kanye did in the video is collected minds to have an open dialogue but your hate for the man is so great you couldn't see black people collaborate.

I like that Nas quote "he who has begun is half done"

most of the battle is just getting to actionable shyt. the chats are endless. but I get it there just has to be a movement post conversation... defined goals, targets things that we looking to accomplish.

can we meet so you can explain how I can do this to my friends?:ohhh:

I dont hate the dude. I dont give two fukks bout the dude, but I know that I dont and nobody else should entertain anything he has to do when it comes to black empowerment.
Man has zero black pride. So why should anyone with black pride watch something with people he gathered?

Dope convo. But yes, this has to be an ongoing movement.

More private meetings and action plans. But there needs to be a collective code as well. Especially for members of the media to how they’re reporting and what they’re reporting on.

For black celebs as well; don’t walk past black ppl on the carpet, acknowledge them. If they wana REALLY be on code, get a black team (PR, Manager, etc), circulate the dollar as much as possible and create the most positive image you can for yourself & community.
