The 80s was the androgynous era.
Then we got gangsta rap and more hardcore rap in the 90s.
The 2000s-2010s was the modern disco era with all the dances and pop bullshyt. The jerk, black eyed peas, the Dougy, etc.
We are currently here… back in the LGBTQ androgynous era but a 2020s version. The 2030s will be back to hardcore. The pendulum always swings to the extreme of either side.
