Lawyer on straight bullshyt. Im hopin breh not paying him. Then the cac gigglin and shyt while the judge explaining shyt to his client. The fact the cac said "I told him there may not even be truckers in 6 years so the felony may not matter" is more bullshyt. He trying to get the breh to take the felony on his record, he probably been brow beating that shyt into his head when he met with breh. "Take the plea today, dont try in two weeks", becaue he knows he will have to actually do some work.

Hope that cac dies a slow painful death for playing with ppl's lives like that.

Saw something similar with an older FBA judge out of michigan.
Helping a young brother out and protecting him from a bad prosecuter and his own terrible defense attorney.

Its nice to know there are a few solid brothers and sisters out there.

This shyt is sad. My pops is a criminal defense attorney, has his own practice out in NY so I understand the law a little better than others but our people don’t know the law well enough and it’s killing us. A lot of these bum ass attorneys do not give a fukk because they’re getting paid regardless. We need more black attorneys and judges to help balance the scales.

That guy would get got just signing for a loan or at a traffic stop. You not addressing the root cause of why the lawyer tried to play him. The system preys on ignorance in general not ignorance of the law
