Frankly, I don't care what people identify as or even get into that. I however do think people are completely within in reason to gatekeep their spaces. Otherwise you get foolishness like trans men competing against women in sports.
but if you want to identify as a woman, IDC. no harm no foul, call yourself whatever you want...just be mindful some folks who were born that way may not agree and thats their right.
I could say I identify as a Pakistani and neither them, their or this country will dignify it, however you can say you are a man or woman and tomorrow everyone has to go along with it. And I'm okay with that even though logically I shouldn't be considering the previous sentence.

She didn’t say she was scared or that dude was swinging dikks or harassing her. She said she don’t want a man in there period.
