I get it as long as I don’t see you advocating for reparations because at the end of the day MAGA is not the old school rules based free market ( or near free market system) It’s (white) america first and foremost.

Tariffs happen yes less foreign shyt is bought Yes you pay more to buy american Yes less brown foreigners running around ( unless they have millions or brought in by millionaires) and no DEI so if they don’t want to hire you they don't have to come up with a fake ass reason.

But yes in 1950’s america a Man could work at the factory and support a small family so there’s that.

Simple a lot of Black women have white collar jobs. most office jobs are highly competitive yet easy to train anyone with the right attitude and aptitude i.e easy to DEI hire.

The government Academia and Big Business decreasing DEI hires means less jobs.

Black Men are traditionally last hired first fired so Black Men have to position themselves to get jobs where it’s hard to fire them.

You can be super racist but if your Transmission is slipping you’d have to hire a mechanic tranny or straight.


In the DEI period Black women snapped up jobs in corporate government and academia so their employment numbers increased.

I work around a lot of blue collar black men.

I’m one of those white collar black women you were referencing but I’m in finance and work for a non public company. I’m not a DEI hire though. My skills speak for itself.


Anyway, the way the black men in the blue collar positions get treated is pretty disheartening. They are looked at as easily disposable. One black man got fired the other week just because he took off work to go to the doctor. He has the texts messages with his supervisor and doctor’s note to justify him not being at work and he still got fired. It was that easy.

If I did what he did, I would still have a job.

Strong belief here that Black men like other groups of men are dropping out of the workforce all together. This has been a trend with men that for the last decade.

Men (particularly Black men) have been NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training) which correlates with the Death of despair phenomenon.

Long story short the unemployment rate is down because men are giving up and it’s not good for the community at all.

It's been a nightmare breh. Especially the middle managers Blacks.
