Good luck to the brotha. He better be careful out here doing this though. Restaurant owners will bark on anybody trying to film bad shyt in their restaurants so this guy is no different. I used to film restaurant report card back in the day but we spotlighted good restaurants and gave them awards and live tv coverage. Other stations do like the guy in the OP. I didn’t want to film that kinda content though.

People don't really want to know the truth. They have probably formed an emotional attachment to their favourite joints, peaking under the hood tarnishes that. Finding out your favourite BBQ spot is trash

That brother is doing a public service. The least a restaurant owner can do is keep a clean restaurant because if they are taking shortcuts on that the shortcuts are in other places too.

He should focus on non black owned restaurants.
