in the 60s and 70s the black community was full of boxing gyms and karate dojos. You dojo. to have hands to move around whether you were a street dude or a square. That's where the fear of the black man's hands came from because the average black man would demolish the average cac back then.

Today you see fights uploaded and black men look pathetic fighting, no coordination and throwing weak arm punches with mo weight behind them. I would still take the average black man in a fight just based off athleticism and attitude, but these cacs are in MMA gyms and all type of shyt and you can easily get your ass beat if you don't know what you're doing.

Every black man should be competent in atleast 1 martial art as well as know how to handle guns. You never know when you will have to defend yourself or your family and you don't want to get your ass beat in front of them.

Yes...we need to be in Boxing or Muay Thai...my son is going to start Boxing next year once he turns 6 years old. Not only is it great exercise and helps you protect yourself, it also boosts your self-confidence. I have been Boxing for over 5 years and I have no desire to fight even when challenged and I think it's because I spar so much that a potential for a fight doesn't raise my adrenaline. I be like "oh you want to fight? Cool story bro...I've sparred 3 times this week and you can be the 4th if you push the issue".
