Exactly!! And they are saying we should be paying attention to white supremacy which is true. But the reason we have not built up a stronger defense over these last decades is because Black male negative pathology tropes have been used by feminist and lbgt to divert philanthropic and institutional dollars into bs that has not helped our community. It’s very clear what you’re saying and it makes sense as to why this type of thing (in theory) would be beneficial to black men as a whole.
We have been dehumanized for centuries and said dehumanization (they’re violent, they’re deadbeats, they’re lazy, etc.) has been used to justify harming us (police brutality, denial of opportunity).
You have “sistas” advocating for the disenfranchisement or outright abortion of black boys based on said dehumanization.
But, you will be told because nobody says it in person (why the fukk would they) that it’s not something alarming… until it is.
The only reason is disagree with your thread premise is because I realize they know better, they just don’t care. This goes for both genders.
