The world you grew up in is gonna go through a major social revolution really soon, and sadly, a lot of the unprepared undesirables will get left behind or eliminated.


I was once that super-militant pro black dude, but after seeing all these changes these last few years, I just accept it and do my best to save people that want to be saved. If we can prevent the kids from turning into worthless adults, an making their own troubled children then we can break the cycle and our community would be allot stronger.

Or the government, out of economic desperation, can start neutering a lot of the population like dogs. Its been done before and I believe that they will start doing something similar again for saving $$$ and resources.

This statement is wrong on so many levels. If poor people shouldn't have kids then NONE of us should be here. No matter where you come from your ancestors were broke and fukked up at some point. Had they said "oh we're broke let's just quit having babies" then the human race would have died out a long time ago.

The government offers supplements because their regulations raise costs. For example a produce company has to comply to expensive quality regulations, so those costs go on to the consumer. If poor people had a choice they would buy the less regulated produce they could afford. Due to the government they don't have that choice, so the government offera assistance to those that need it.
