I'm surprised no one has spoken on how BM's lyrical content has grown over the years. On his first three projects, he was on a whole different vibe - fukking bytches, poppin bottles, etc.

Now he's addressed everything from inner city struggles, politics and relationship/trust issues on the last few albums

Truth. Dude is damn near an elite lyricist now. The improvement has been crazy. Literally every album

Dead ass y’all I think no poison no paradise is my fav album from him. At least that’s when he turned it up a notch and separated himself from the crowd.

Is Black Milk producing the next Cypress Hill album or did I dream that? I have no idea how that idea was conceived let alone manifested if true but I'm IN for it.

fukking fantastic music.
Lathered in Jazz, Broken Beat, Boom Bap (Hip-Hop), Trap (Hip-Hop) mixed with
haunting vocals echoing and weaved into the overall rhythm of his tracks. :wow:
And then there's the frank and real self reflection and introspection all while sounding
fresh and progressive.

Black Milk is an interesting character, constantly evolving while still striving to stay "Hip-Hop"
and at the same time not so subtly calling on the Black American Musical tradition, Soul, Jazz, Funk, Hip-Hop etc.

I feel safe in saying this is one of the better albums this year, if not one of THE BEST and I feel safe in saying so
without having sampled the myriad of releases across contemporary Hip-Hop. This album smacks of brilliance and
hits you right in the feelings, it's greatness is revealed over repeated listens much like last years "FEVER"

The highlights on this album are definitely "Save Yourself" and "Relate (Want 2 Know)".

Black Milk is on a roll and I look forward to see if the next album is a three peat.

I need Black Milk to produce an entire lp for Elzhi, Royce or Little Brother.

Dude meshes too well with those three.
