Scale is the issue. black people are incapable of doing this without taking on astronomical losses for a very long time. You need scale, and scale takes time. It takes a lot more than black support to set up an e-commerce platform like Amazon.

The only reason things are cheap on Amazon is because they start with hundreds of thousands of clients and suppliers. To negotiate the cost of everything from web hosting, to financial transactions, to factory suppliers, to shipping because they mob up. They can only work like this because of economy of scale. This scale is gotten by selling things for less than they are worth and paying suppliers more than they are worth Over many years.

And bezos took almost a decade of straight losses before he could get to the point where he could pull a single dollar of profit from Amazon. But he needed scale first. And just because he finally made profit doesn't mean he made up for that decade in the red. It took another half decade later to recoup losses. So the critical issue for black people is you have to tell a business person that they have to take Ls for decades before they see a return. And even then, the return isnt guaranteed as Groupon and Zulily showed

Thats a horrible deal for black bussiness person.

Ebay. Not black but it's your only other option.

That's it.

Those four paragraphs I wrote earlier are why your only options are eBay Amazon and Walmart. The e-commerce space is a graveyard filled with all the other competitors Because of those losses I mentioned.
