I rock with not only because this is my guy, but he really sourced handcrafted ties, and has a vision behind his brand (which gives it meaning) - He basically a young, former vet who created the brand to speak to minorities in transition - aka athletes transitioning into careers, vets transitioning into society, youth becoming men, even the incarcerated coming back home.

He is going to start to do speaking engagements, and offer up amazing content, which will soon also be on Youtube - here are a few writeups:

I think brands like this are dope to support, and I deal with a lot of young startups - I will add them to this forum every once in awhile, so that you guys can support, offer tips, help or anything. Let's keep the ball rolling!

They talk about why they're cotton. Longevity, versatility, easy to clean, more knot options.
I saw. I don't think the selections would interest many tenured professionals; hipsters yes. Like them but don't think my dad or uncles would wear them. Even the ones marketed for formal wear. Hopefully they will expand into the "black tie" market with a gain in popularity. Just a few pieces at least.

Right now I think the theme is more of a millennial, younger crowd - remember, ties focused on young men in career transition. Most older gentlemen have brands and style they are locked into - a dude fresh out of college or out of the military wants to set his own style.

Indeed. When that young enlisted breh is sitting in meetings with 5-star generals as a DoD contractor in private sector, he should wear a more formal tie and I would rather him support Anderson's than Nordstroms.
