Black owned restaurant in Memphis faces public backlash and is now being boycotted

Unfortunately it be the black businesses that be giving smart ass rude ass public responses instead of just keeping it professional like other businesses. People say your prices too high. Ok.. you are a fukking business. Counter that complaint with marketing showing that’s not true or you can just refute that politely. But I see way too many times when people complain about a black business and they respond on some personal shyt as if potential customers are not viewing the comments. If I was thinking of going there, the smart ass response would change my mind. Who gives a fukk if people complain? People complain about every business and restaurant . We be treating each other the worst I swear

That's it. Its all the issue with pride. Black folks that are on the top are so jaded by the turmoil they faced going into a higher place. It becomes a focus on being the top dog, instead of having a bit of humility. Meanwhile, the ones at the bottom are jaded at the feeling of having to pay a arm and a leg to their own, despite maybe just maybe the food is that fire. Some black folks have no issue throwing their entire checks at a white owned business that's expensive as fukk.

Somehow, its a struggle between "hook me up" vs "pay the way". Both sides suck in the whole ordeal, but this business owner took the piss. You in Memphis, a place where its majority black and struggling. Why post this tone deaf foolishness, when you could had kept it moving and be about your business. STOP SEEKING VALIDATION AND GET YOUR PAPER!

Them youngins enjoyed the meal...keep it trucking. Stop trying to go for the "gotcha" when you are going to end up getting GOT in the process. One stupid ass take can destroy a franchise.
