I don’t understand this from a business perspective as an investment. Is that Trump/Republican app doing well?

I mean I kinda get it, but how do you really know the users are black?

How do you go viral, which is the main draw of any major social network?

What makes this a safe space (I feel like that would be the marketing draw)? Most of the debates and dissolution and hate in my humble opinion is between our own race (gender wars, red pill stuff, c00ns vs activist etc) more than with white ppl or racists, so how does this change that?

I dunno. I kinda see it (if that Parlour thing is doing well) but I kinda don’t, since the draw of social networking to MOST people (esp younger) is the most eyeballs…this isn’t a dating app it’s a conversational/debate/informational thing.

All in all I’ll read up on it and pray for the developer to do well
You’re conflating black-owned and blacks-only.

Yep I did.

I don’t see the point of going to a Twitter copy app just because it’s owned by a black person lmao.

That makes zero sense to me. Like what’s the draw? What value is being provided???

I hate these grifters. I know there’s a lot of geniuses in our cities and towns that have original ideas and we gotta find and uplift em - not these “black Steve Jobs, black owned Twitter” copy cats

Well, for one I can presume that their CEO won’t espouse right-wing, anti-Black rhetoric and viewpoints. That is a draw and value to me.

Also, I can presume that diversity and inclusion will be valued, instead of gutted like it has been at Twitter recently (Big Tech layoffs hit diversity and inclusion jobs hard) That is a draw and value to me.

And also, I’d simply rather put my money, ad views, and energy into something that supports Black businesses. That is a draw and value to me.

I kinda feel you, kinda dont

I rock with your values though.

I’m jaded because my offline life is in this type and level of business. shyt ain’t sweet because a black person own it. That don’t mean nothing to me, I know a lot of black owners, tech, venture capital, eveything - thousandnairs, multi millionaires, don’t think any REAL billionaires but I did used to rock with Robert Johnson financial advisor…

Most people using that “support this because a black person owns it” usually pushing a piece of shyt

These people pushing “use this because it will change the game” and “yea a black man/woman made it” gets me going.

I ain’t wasting no time on an app no one is using, my ad dollars ain’t going nowhere to see a return, or I can’t monetize my face or name. It gotta be popping for that, otherwise it’s a waste IMO.

What that Twitter gonna do that Twitter don’t do?

Add some new element or something…
