Thats true. So how do we encourage , promote provide opportunity for this? In my neck of the woods, im at the early stages of researching and hopefully opening a food truck specializing in fresh fruit and vegetables combined with smoothies and juices. My idea is to make the bulk of the money from the smoothies and juices during the week but setting up with the fruits and veggies in the areas that dont have as much access to them. Wanna provide the service to the needed communities but gotta make sure the business is sustained, plus keep the prices low for those in need.
