Looking at a few threads on here and on social media, also talking to others it seems that the majority blacks view politics different than the way the blacks who "died for the right for us to vote". It seems that the issue to many black people isn't what a politician is going to do for the black communities and blacks but what are they going to do for poor people, or if that politician is going to smile and dance with them. I have plans to vote for Bernie but after reading a few threads and some other things about the candidates I'm really wondering if it is worth it. The reasons I vote are because I've always been told that with a republican the US is more than likely to go to some kind of major war, that republicans are only for the rich, I look at the republican voters and I do see a lot of KKK and major WS over there. Yet, looking at the democrats I really don't see what they're doing that is so helpful to blacks or people in my tax bracket. I seems to me that the main reason we've been voting all these years is because of fears, and that both parties are really one in the same to help pass agendas for those who put money in their pockets. Blacks in the pass really used voting better although they make not have asked for the best policies, they did have people who would truly address their concerns and needs in ways that weren't so vague. As I said to start things such as reparations, and resources for blacks only isn't an issue for blacks anymore I think most blacks are honestly happy with the current situation with America as long as they're getting theirs.

That's my thought... I'm not without educating so if you can post something to perk up my spirits in this process please do.
