Nah. I gotta push back on this.
There are Lots of places with a non-existent black population with trash infrastructure, struggling to attract investment, and have bullshtt laws. Do you know what the common denominator is between those places and the south? Republicans. Not black people .
There are less than 5000 black people in Wyoming and it's just as miserable as Mississippi. Black people are less than 6 percent of the population of North Dakota, South Dakota ,West Virginia , Iowa, and Montana and the metrics suck just as bad as the south for their majority white populations in healthcare, education, business investment, and infrastructure.
Literally the only outliers for Republicans are Texas(size advantage) and Utah(religious welfare system which supercedes Republicanism).
It's missing the forest for the trees , when you view a behavior and style of govt Republicans enforce throughout the nation on their own white people, as a reaction to black people which only populate a handful of states under their control. Every black person in America could magically disappear and I gauruntee you Republicans would still be abusing the white populations in the south.
