Black ppls Best bet now is Concentrating our population in the south

We are already close to half of the population in many southern states. If we migrate in mass to these states we'll have the majority and be able to gain control of the governments and create a semi-autonomous region. Many of these states lack jobs and there is extreme poverty, but we are already living in extreme poverty in these cities on the west coast, midwest and east coast. However, these politicians would have to pay attention to us because the states we control would be able to flip presidential elections and we would be sending our own senators and congressman who could lobby for our needs. Black ppl don't have a code or overall strategy so this isn't going to happen but this is what I would do.
