every interview i ever been on in...i only seen one black person in the building....it hit me after college when i was young "this shyt is rigged, aint no god damn black people at these places" but on the flyers all u see is smiling black people in suits and the EOE on the site

they only hire a few blacks, and its usually women and homos

This though. Have some respect for yourself. Why work for a company you know is racist? This is the problem with society these days. People are so obsessed with money that they'll take any good paying job no matter what. 99% of americans would work for hitler in concentration camps if they were getting a paycheck.

And the jobs where there are mad black people in corporate its usually commission sales jobs where they advertise it as an independent business opportunity but really you got to fend for yourself and maybe just maybe if you do x y and z they will pay you!
