Because it is. That said, the uptick of non-FBA is most likely due to the increase in numbers of non-FBA that have come in. They exist and are taking part in this but they are not the only ones. FBA are still taking part in these conversations and, in fact, leading many of them. Again, Cynthia G and that other youtuber that used to use a picture of a black man being lynched while a black girl was using the same tree as a swing as her avatar are both FBA. Christalyn Kazarin, the Pink pill lady, is FBA too I think (she said something about her heritage long ago). These people are very prominent and famous internet-wise too. My point is, to act like one group is completely innocent or is not taking part doesn't make sense. Both are a part of this.

To add my two cents I do think the bulk of the anti-black man rhetoric comes from tethers especially considering the countries they come from, and that they don’t have this freedom of speech in their countries. Especially with terms like “femicide” definitely foreign black imports.

On the other side of the coin, i think you’re severely underestimating how deep american black women are into that rhetoric. and how much of it is normalized in our community.
