Black & White (1999) - why this movie gets no love?

They tried to be arty with documentary fly on the wall but became lame with shyt acting from power etc..
The casting looked great on paper.

I always liked this film. The cast list alone is ridiculous. Its just a collection of entertaining scenes but thats better than most films can achieve.
