wow I can relate...I was suspended for 2 weeks on some trumped up allegations...they never admitted it but the start of all the shyt was me not having a problem w/ students bringing in appropriate posters for the classroom of their idols who all happened to be black which made sense since the students were all black...I won in the end and the administrators who were involved all took major Ls...it was a fukked up experience to have to go thru tho...there was absolutely nothing controversial about those posters

the principal got demoted/was transferred to another school to work as an AP...my direct supervisor (head of the SPED dept.) who low key warned me in advance when she threatened me and suggested I remove the posters (this prompted me to start documenting everything) got demoted back to teaching in the classroom and ended up retiring as a result of it...the superintendent also retired as well...some shyt about him came up and he was forced to retire...I was young @ the time and just wanted my job back...but in hindsight I had a serious discrimination case against them

I was in NY @ the time...so we had a union/union rep...so I filed a couple of complaints w/ her (typed letters explaining the situation)...even tho this was the early 2000s teachers didn’t have school affiliated email addresses and shyt so that’s why I typed letters lol...also I had surgery on my leg @ the time which I documented as well and informed the principal of...this ended up being important bcuz it proved I couldn’t physically prevent a confrontation 2 students had in the classroom...2 boys got into a shoving match which is actually normal in a classroom...but they ran w/ it and said I instigated it and tried to make it seem like I was on some fight club shyt...if my supervisor hadn’t randomly questioned me about the posters and “insist” I take them down a few weeks earlier (which I refused to do w/o a valid reason) then I more than likely wouldn’t have told them about my surgery since I didn’t think it was necessary for them to know about it

The fact the woman had to tear down her hard work gave the white supremacists the W. She should have just taken the suspension and force those crackas to tear it down.
