No women of substance are attracted to street dudes after age 30. I just haven’t seen it. Only women with self esteem issues still link up with those types after a certain age.
It’s just like us brehs…we stop dealing with emotionally unhinged women/hoodrats after a certain age too, unless we have issues ourselves.

Good you haven't seen it but it exists. And even if it stopped at 30s, a woman entertaining that for her 20s is going to see her "substance" drowned out by baggage and habits from that archetype anyway.
Most women of the prime dating age (18-40) right now as we speak, who are actually available to date, are "unhinged" at some degree... especially in the older half of the bracket. Most women are also insecure at varying degrees, making a self-esteem qualifier a moot point.
A great many of us do dumb shyt in our 20s with respect to dating. That’s when a lot of us are figuring our shyt out. We might have a few bad experiences and a few good ones and learn what the difference is and start choosing better for ourselves accordingly. Some people do figure it out early, you’re right, but that’s not always the norm.
As for insecurities versus self esteem, those two aren’t the same thing. Almost everyone on earth has insecurities, but that doesn’t mean we will all accept poor treatment or date folks who our loved ones whisper behind our back about when we’re not around. The latter is reflective of self esteem issues. And that’s not to vilify folks with self esteem issues — I’ve been there before myself — it’s just speaking on what I’ve seen out in the field with respect to how people move.

I don't see a large chasm between insecurity and low self-esteem, especially when many people fit the bolded category with one or both of those.
