I was at Verizon and a BBM rep came by and tried to sell us on why we should sell their products was had a wrinkled tj maxx $3 polo on and wrinkled slacks and shyt.. all unorganized answering questions and shyt I was like blackberry dont even hire good reps to sell their products to the companies why would the companies wanna sell these products

not only that, this was in early 2012.. everyone was on 4G already except iPhone at the time (which was coming later on in the year) and he tried to convince us when we asked about blackberry going 4g that blackberry doesnt need 3g and 4g is overrated

I love my Z10 as well. Damn shame they didn't market the unit well enough...that and the first release of software with the phone was screwy (So I've heard. I only bought mine 5 weeks ago for the low low price of $300 us). It's been great then.
