So I have been at the Black Accountants forum for the past few days, to network, meet old and new folk in the industry, and made several observations
Black women are extremely intelligent and sexy knee high skirts to low cut, tight, fitted clothes
Black women are asexual in the events on dance floor they get freaky, but concerned to go wid.
There some few cac, who appreciate the need of diversity, and PAY and PAY BIG BUCKS to be apart of such events, and hire diverse folks.
Immigrant blacks (from Africa, Islands, etc) see a value of education, and sometimes dominate parts of the professional field. Met Nigerians, Cameroonians, Liberians, Ugandians, Trinidadians, Ghanaians, South Africans, Black Europeans
Discrimination is still alive.
Blacks folks appear is various colors and get along.
Some Blacks folks have hang up about their skin, many dont like their last name, or skin color. Kinda makes me think, is there more expectation for a light skin black to do well cuz of racism.
Black are smart across all boards, there were no fights. Vocal, yes. And no fights.
Blacks are competitive.
Some Blacks are still racists to themselves.
Black professionals not a big fan of n-word might use it sparingly
Black executive, created two firms/angles decades ago, took both the race angles black/white orgs within one firm both firms made over $70 million, same black exec said, $10,000 opps is whorish/sorta like rick ross lol same black exec said, what was the problem of making money
The women are sexy. Just in the forum, it is possible to find a best friend, wife, jump-off and a few ex wives if needed.
A lot of side ways, games, is because of sheer population seen old white gal say she want a brother, just cause of the sheer size of ppl, who were at the event. Also, seen white gal, call white boys small because of the sheer size of professional brothers in the rooms
At events, people might have co-worker boo, or conference boo smh .signficant others, dont know they wife is being smutted
Females play games across board
White folk who truly understand/relate with black folk is rare .
Even with qualifications, discrimination is still alive
Black females like a dominant Type A personality
Black women really choosy at the events...and really appreciate you for checking them...like put folk in check professionally.
