Blacks and whites are like the 2 main characters of a comic book. You might 'hate' each other, but deep down you enjoy the back and forth dynamic and being the main characters.

In the back of your mind y'all just wish non blacks/whites would just'go away'

If y'all had a choice the demographics would be 75% white, 20% black(to keep the dynamic going) and 5% asian girls so you wouldn't get bored.

If you looked at t.v/ media you'd think no one besides whites/blacks even existed.

If you're Hispanic/Arab/ Asian(unless you're a girl), the story of your life is never ever getting told. No matter how good it is.

One thing that back people don't lack is an identity. We may not have our own language, or connections with our homeland. But are the most important part of American culture. Easily.

They don't. Not to the extent that black people do. Black Culture and Black History is far more represented in the Anerican media than his Hispanic culture is.

Blacks and Whites are polar opposites which is one of the reasons why we're so important. They can't even live without us. You take away Black American Culture from America. What the hell is left?

I'm actually envious of other non-white groups. They're able to get things done for their community while flying completely under the radar. Being in the spotlight with whites is NOT something I value at all, as I think the relationship between blacks and whites in this country is pretty disturbing. Black people are the battered spouse in an abusive relationship that neither party is willing to let go of.
