random ass comparison if you ask me, but I just realized the mutual fact they played with CP so 
Right now though? Griffin no question. His game offensively has progressed tremendously. He's a better passer, has better footwork in the post, better finisher, better offensive rebounder, and his shot is getting really consistent. Blake looks lightyears ahead of what he was last season.
West is great shooter from midrange and he has some nice moves, but Blake right now has been putting on some dominant performances in his own right that tells me he's going to be a legit knockdown shooter from outside eventually.

Why, cuz he box in the offseason? Its a kickboxing champion in the league would kill D West. I need to see West in a fight. People pump his knuckle gm up and I dont think they ever saw him fight.
As for the question, David West is the better player to play with CP. Blake is almost being wasted in CP3's offense

david west would fukk up any PF you could think of in the league, they need to be careful messing around in indy otherwise 
EDIT: except the freak athletes like blake, etc.
On offense, I perfer D-West's game more than Blake, but Blake has gotten better in his own right too. 
D-West is a dude you don't wanna mess with, but D-West didn't want no problems with Larry Sanders though.

Ima put it this way, you give West Griffins athleticism, and it's not even close. West by a mile. You take away Griffin's athleticism, and it's not even close. West by a mile.
