North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
Teams like Miss St. Ol Miss, Auburn, and Texas A&M were all ranked higher than they should've been and all of these other schools wasn't getting looked at until the last few weeks of the season. Miss St, had no business being ranked number 1 but they stayed there for over a month :mjpls:

And the insistence on knocking down Florida State also complicated things. There needs to be a set criteria that eliminates eye tests and style points as much as possible.

Blame the whole NCAA in general. With no truly "GREAT" teams, the polls were just basically guessing all season long. Of course the SEC teams get weighted better, but it's not like there were other teams making a case to be in there. If TCU beat Baylor, they probably would've been #1 for awhile. Same if Baylor beat WVU.

Just alot of good-not-great teams this year. :yeshrug:

Bingo. But the thing is, they aren't even going by eye test. Only person I'd say gives an objective viewpoint is maybe Barry Alvarez. This same committee has a retired general on it who was just the superintendent of the AF academy. fukk he know about college sports than the avg Coli poster? Plus the conferences all have their guy in there which makes it fugazi to begin with.

This goes back to what I said all season. 8 teams. 5 power conference champions automatically get in. Then add the 3 highest ranked teams. the Only thing people could debate over at that point is the seeding and that's the only time the polls would matter. They also need to force power conference teams to play each other. No more cupcake non conference games. And that goes for non power conference schools. They should all be forced to play power conference schools to be considered. But the media/powers that be don't want to give up that power. SEC apologists don't want the conference to be minimized even though they will find a way for an SEC school to get at least 1 or 2 of the at large slots.

Man y'all know :mjpls: been tryna keep jameis out.

1. Bama
2. Ducks
3. TCU
4. OSU
5. FSU 12-0 :mjpls:

"FSU wins were not good enough" :mjpls:

FSU got so fukking lucky all season bailed out by refs in the Notre Dame game, Shaveis Winston betting against his own team all season, etc. They should be in the top four, but if they aren't, tough shyt.

I want them in off the strength of drama that's going to go on. BlowSU, Whoregon and KKKrimson tide are all fakkit teams.

So its the SEC's fault FSU, TCU, and Baylor played trash competition all yr. Auburn, Miss St and Ole Miss would be favored over TC, Baylor, and Ohio State. :mjlol:

What power 5 non conference opponents did the SEC blow out that was of any significance? :mjpls:

The SEC benefited from played other overrated and over ranked SEC teams. How do you think Mississippi State rose so fast. And who cares about if someone would be favored over another team. That's hypotheticals. Not reality. If the SEC feels they are that superior to everyone else then why schedule weak out of conference games year in and year out? Why does Florida play damn near ALL of their games in the state of Florida every year.
