No outsider is going to change the high poverty rates that afflict the community; they won't make you overnight more competitive in the job market, more qualified and attractive to employers, able to command higher wages. No outsider is going to change the high crime rates in the community; they won't bring order nor discipline nor due punishment to the legions of chiraq and other inner city savages seeded by worthless men and spawned and raised by worthless women. No outsider is going to tackle the biases in the judicial system or improve the failing education system; it's your problem, a problem that sometimes is profitable to others.
