Yeah that's crazy. I thought Red Box and Netflix would have crushed the buildings. And they're always hiring too. My wife's cousin was the manager of one them for years. She liked it, and the pay wasn't bad neither.
I've posted this before but video stores are still big in small towns where people aren't going to have internet connections. To me, the streaming experience doesn't replace being able to walk the aisles in a video store. If you're driving 1/2 hour into "town" you might as well go all the way to the store instead of a kiosk.
