i voted for 2.. when i first heard that shyt i was amazed and the fact that it was never on a official album made it hotter to me.. nature and nas's verses were great.. the beats on all 3 of these shyts are great but part 3's beat when it kicks in.. shyt is amazing.. and word to Ez elpee that dude has made classics under his belt i think he did a couple on shynes first album to

part 1 is winning im surprised.. usually 3 gets people because of the beat

part 1 is the best.

the sequels are good but nothing is touching the rawness of the original version.

that shyt set off "The War Report", once that piano came in, you knew another QB banger was in store.


i mean although you already kinda knew what was in store due to "L.A.,L.A.", "Illegal Life", "Stick You" & "T.O.N.Y." dropping beforehand, but hearing General Emanuel spit his unique flow and put words together in his own way over that beat was some shyt.

now if only on the following track, busta didn't get his verse cut from "Driver's Seat" and reduced to outro ad-libs...shyt was still dope though, despite that omission and sample clearance cutting "Calm Down" and "Married To Marijuana" from the LP. goddamn sample clearance issues ruined many release date purchases for me over the years.
