Um.... what was the reason for a civil rights act in the first place... which passed in 1964. If shyt was so sweet, why did there need to be a Civil Rights Act :snoop:

I'm from Alabama, and that was a terrible time for black people. If you simply base it on having a home then yes that was a prosperous time but everything else was terrible including the pay from those manufacturing jobs.
