It's unclear what Brown is really saying. On the one had, if you take the first comment at face value it seems he's saying Bobbi Kristina is out of the coma she's been in since January 31st.

I don't believe it. My sister is a nurse and she says Black people have the hardest time letting go despite being told there is no hope.

I think Bobby is low key trying to drain the millions of dollars that Bobbi was going to inherit so that Cissy doesn't get it by prolonging the inevitable because those medical bills will get into the millions eventually.
