I think bobby worried about his rep. Its a lose lose situation. If he take the plea, hes gonna have to cooperate with authorities. Damaging his rep, and he gon be known as a snitch in rikers, hes crip in a town full of bloods, its gonna be a hard time for him. Plus when he gets out everybody gonna be likd he aint real, he a snitch and all that.

His hands is pretty much tied.

I heard the k.montgomery taxseason podcast, i never caught what you said. In his complex, and doggie diamonds interview he was basically saying bobby was innocent and that the system was picking on him. He did say in the podcast that there is room to beat the case.

nah taking a plea just means pleading guilty to some or all the charges it does not necessarily means that he has to corporate.

The system is "picking " on him? That makes no sense. When you read the entire case file , you see he is no innocent in this shyt. He messed up and that's a shame but he is not just pulled out of the crowd and the police say lets pin these crimes on a rapper. Can he beat the case ? Anything is possible , but most likely they have so much evidence on him , he going away for years. Best case is gets 8-12 years worse he gets the Max B sentence .
