Boeing, Citadel and Catepilar are leaving Illinois

Boeing is moving to Virginia, Catepilar is moving to Texas and Citadel is moving to Miami. Some of the CEOs said that crime is the main reason why they're leaving.
At 00:55 he says "Chicago should be wise to listen, try and understand the why and then try to solve those issues". The news reporter then says the main reason is crime in Chicago. Looks like a dog-whistle for another crime bill on the way.
