Jordan made a great gesture by contributing money towards the training of officers, as we all know, a lot of these murders are partly caused by insufficient training.



Train these individuals to disable hostile targets through non-lethal methods. Shoot a certain part of the leg, arm, a bean bag to the right place.




Train these men that are supposed to protect us, to refrain from barbaric ways, this is 2016, you should not be allowed to be a protector of civilians whom is able to carry a lethal weapon, without getting sufficiently trained to do so.




Start reporting racist activities since school, At work, save those instances in a permanent record and use THAT AS PART OF YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK.

I didn't even mention the racism

Look brother, I've been in gangs, and I've rehabilitated. I have a felony for aggravated assault with a firearm.

Every time police stop me, on they computer it says a warning, that I could be possibly armed.




Now back when I was younger, and reckless, I used to hate the police. I would talk shyt to them, I'd raise my voice, I wouldn't cooperate with anything they said. And more times than not, I'd agitate them, they'd get frustrated and I'd end up with a big ticket, or a trip to jail (I always had warrants and shyt)



I changed up my approach with officers about 7 years ago. While I was locked up I met some cool C.O.s (correctional officers) that would give us a extra honey bun in the morning, or a extra tray at lunch. They would clown with the best of em, and take the fukking flaming like champs.

And I met some that wouldn't even give me toilet paper when I didn't have no more. (Luckily the cell mates had extra)


We've gotten stopped by cops that catch us with weed, tell us to "go smoke that shyt in our backyards man, why y'all out here on these streets" and let us go. And I've gotten stopped by cops whom grabbed my bat I was holding, then waited till we arrived to the police garage (I'm assuming where there's no cameras) and hit me in the legs with my very same bat.





Every scenario, the thing I noticed the most, more times than not, if you remain calm, you speak with respect and honesty, you cooperate, you're getting off.


Unless you got like warrants for being a murderer type shyt or you stealing, you getting off on some petty shyt.
