I lurk on Blu-ray.com and they were questioning the site, they found a pretty good deal of complaints but most of them had to do with receiving faulty or not as advertised electronics, also they have slow shipping times.

They were saying that if you pay with Paypal you're usually safe.. but many of those guys said to
