First episode had a good amount of recycled jokes from older seasons. 
Still need to watch the latest episode though. This season is not looking that great.

I haven't watched it yet but I didn't have high expectations once I heard about the changes. I might peep it though. I'm in the mood to be let down
I watched the first episode and didn't even crack a smile.
I don't even remember what was supposed to be funny from the S4 premiere.

This one was still stalemate. I mean I laughed when grandad tried to use his bathroom, and that one cat was like "we gonna have to have a nikka moment right now bytch nikka?" :rosslol:
but other than that, I trailed off and got distracted, like what was the message? that's what's missing, overall message. Boondocks always had one, Huey always wrapped it up with an epilogue, but now it's like "ok, ok I see the direction, wait for it, wait for...wait its done? that's it?"
Gonna give them one last try, if not Im gonna have to go back to reruns of Black Dynamite.

I didn't see last nights episode but I thought the first one was okay..BUT like the poster earlier said, where's the message??? Without it, it's just foolery but I don't wanna give up on it yet 
It's dumbed down, lacks substance, Granddad is drawn poorer, and seems forced. I remember John Witherspoon said this season will have 20 episodes? I hope it gets better.

That's what I mean. With previous seasons of this and BD yea it was ridiculously ignorant but it was also funny as hell but on a deep level. Made me laugh then think
