He's presenting the paperwork of a Douglas Morgan, so he's gotta be saying that's who he is in this case, he gave a fake name that was never found out...
Which is possible, I mean '01 wasn't so long ago that muhfukkas couldn't figure out fake identities, but at the same time this case is over 21 years old and all kinds of criminal technology was less advanced then, than it is now. So the only way this makes sense is if he's Douglas Morgan in this case...
Now from that premise, he isn't proving anything here, just like the video said. Nothing at all. So this entire exercise is pointless other than to show muhfukkas he was riding with the fire, and they couldn't fulfill a prosecution of him because it was an illegal search. That's the only thing this presentation verifies...
We don't need verification that Tip likes guns, we already know that. It's inconsequential to whatever image of himself he wants portrayed, that he got charges thrown out before, many guys who were active to a measurable degree have skated on charges before. There are various ways one can skate on charges...
Also this doesn't jibe with his story on telling the people it was his cousin's fire unless that info is suppressed, and if it is, then he isn't going to prove to us either way whether he gave his cousin's name before or after his passing, so if he really wanted to prove anything, he'd say which one of these two Morgan names is his cousin, and he'd show some evidence of when he passed, etc. But even all of that would be alot of work for this meaningless case...
Furthermore the big case in question that the people wanna know is if he provided info on someone else to get off on the '07 case. To wit, of course he ain't gonna post a thing that would even hint he gave up anything in that case...
I'm a big believer in his "innocence" of ratting in '07, because he had no one to rat on in that case. He could have given up shyt on unrelated persons and cases that helped his cause, that's possible, I just think it's more likely his celebrity at the time and the resources at his disposal bought the case off for him...
But he protests way, way, way too much. And generally speaking those who cry the loudest are the ones in guilt of something....
He'd do wise to shut the fukk up and disappear for awhile, he's stained his own legacy as an influential rapper of his era with consistent try hard, do too much bullshyt...
