It’s a place I like that sells eel fried rice, that dish alone is about 13 dollars plus With another dish plus tax that’s about 30 dollars

Wendy’s fries ain’t touching BK’s

Wendy’s fries might be the worst out of all fast food chains tbh

I used to come home and throw them in the oven because they were always too soft and seemed undercooked to me....... Loved BK's fries when I used to eat fast foot often (I stopped years ago).

Wendy's = goat fountain drink with the coca cola machine.

Plus wendy has better fries.

I’m not gonna dispute most of this post. My point was Whopper Junebug is the best thing from both menus,
and I stand on that.

BK got the Coke Remix machine just like Wendy’s, so that’s a draw…
problem is, you gotta go inside to mix and match. I go drive-thru so that’s moot.

Wendy’s with the long fat fries would put them above BK

i run and do calisthenics ... while approaching my 40s my main objective has been to stay slim and keep my wind up

and while being in the best shape and most ripped of my life, i dont have any need to "spam protein"....?? after a session i have a simple oatmeal nut butter chia seed bowl with some honey

short of trying to be some sort of professional or resistance competitor, I've grown to find all them supplements shakes and gratuitous protein to be unnecessary consumerism . ive been pretty commited to fitness since covid and the nutritional basis for results has been hydration and a balanced light diet. but we're all different
