That Eugene thread got me thinking about Santino and how they never allowed him to actually "shine" in WWE, they should let him "snap" and then use this in a heel gimmick.

he could have been a fantastic technical wrestler like benoit and guerrero if they chose to use him that way...he had some awesome judo moves he pulled off but they went with the joke gimmick and he's probably happy about it because he can be lazy not put too much effort and get a steady paycheck

I don't think he needs to be a Russian. Just let him be an Angle/Benoit type.

Of course, this will never happen. He's too good at what he does for creative to allow him any other role.
