Cant stand snitch ass fakkits at work and when you confront them they dont respond, they think cuz we all working from home and you clear across the country they can tattle tale and shyt. Knowing damn well if we were in person and at the same damn office there would be none of that smoke.

I mean you need to level your job up if you are dealing with snitches.

I don't work in an industry where you could even consider being deceptive about what work you are doing.

Eventually the bottom will fall out and you will be out of a job and likely blackballed.

My thought has always been, this is a group effort.
I'm not worried about who's mistake it was, my concern is what are ya'll gonna do to help correct it?
Don't come to me with some "karen messed it up, it's not my fault." Instead try "we had an issue, but i helped fixed it by ....."
If someone is continually making other peoples jobs harder over and over, then i will address it.

Management sucks but you can’t make the big bucks without them sticking somebody up under you at some point. I’m real see no evil hear no evil when it comes to shyt. The only time I need to know something is if its gonna blow up above me.

if a person come to me about another person and it's just petty dumb sh-t.. i tell them im not addressing it They shouldn't even be coming to me anyway... follow your chain of command.

I have only been in my leadership position for about a year and thankfully haven't had snitching on people within my team. often times if someone is fukking up, it's the clients/customers who will do the snitching and bring it to light or someone will miss a deadline and snitch on themselves/a production report will snitch on them not getting their work done in a timely fashion.

there has been a lot of snitching on people from other teams not doing their job that has impacts on my team though and quite frankly they right and it's frustrating when other managers won't get their team under control.

If it's illegal, I'm not going down for some bullshyt so I want to know immediately and will handle accordingly.

If it's lateness or something trivial, I will figure out eventually.

I don't want someone running to me everytime something happens. I pick up on it eventually.

I look at people who constantly have some unsolicited information to give as someone who will throw me under the bus if it's an opportunity for it. Have had people do that already and I'm very weary of it.

Makes no sense to snitch over petty stuff. Managers don’t even respect that
