Extremely segregated black really don't live outside the city limits. The suburbs of Pittsburgh are intensely and almost disproportionately white.
If you're a person of color looking for employment you pretty much have to work in the city. The burbs and rural areas have so many whites there they don't need to hire poc.
If you're Black in Pittsburgh and don't play for the steelers or pirates good luck finding employment.
