Weed laws are not tangibles. Even if it was (it 100% is NOT), that doesn't help all Black people because we aren't all users.

We can't act like drug laws haven't been used as an excuse to enslave non violent black people in these for profit prisons for the labor.
Nobody is arresting little Chet from oklahoma and throwing away the key over a joint, because that would ruin his life. But some black kid? he just a future addict or criminal thats needs time in jail to learn his lesson and set him on the right path.
So yes marijuana legalization is absolutely something black people should be for and not against. Unless they find a way to enforce the law equally.
